Does Taxemas store my data?
The AI tool (Expense Reader) is currently switched off — while that holds, no file uploads take place at all. There are no accounts and no database of users. Calculations run in your browser and your amounts never reach us; files you upload to the Expense Reader are processed in memory for AI reading only and are never stored by us; if you choose to email a report, our email provider keeps a temporary copy (~30 days) for delivery. What does exist, transparently: short-lived per-IP usage counters for the rate limits (they expire within ~25 hours), our host's standard technical request logs, and anonymous, cookieless visit statistics that cannot identify you. The privacy policy at taxemas.com/en/privacy lists all of it, with retention times.
